Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 5k999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of 5k999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these T&C, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These T&C apply to all products and services offered by 5k999, including live casino games, slot games, crash games, sports betting (including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup markets), all deposit and withdrawal transactions, bonus and promotional offers, and any customer support interactions. 2. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player may hold only one registered account on 5k999. The registration process requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

5k999 supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions.

All deposits to your 5k999 account must be funded from sources that you personally own and control. Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account wallet. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 3. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• 5k999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the date of change, provided those bonuses were claimed in good faith.

The 5k999 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. To qualify for the welcome bonus, players must opt in during the registration or first-deposit process and must make a qualifying minimum deposit as specified in the welcome bonus terms at the time of registration.

9. Limitation of Liability

5k999 shall not be responsible for any failures or delays in service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of God, government actions, or third-party payment provider downtime. In such cases, 5k999 will make all reasonable efforts to restore normal service as promptly as possible and will communicate updates to affected players via the platform or support channels.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

5k999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following conditions are identified:

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, holding duplicate accounts, engaging in prohibited conduct during gameplay, or attempting to exploit bonus terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 5k999 when a verification request has been issued.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials, pending investigation.
• A legally valid request or court order from a competent authority requiring 5k999 to suspend or close the account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 12. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

5k999 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the 5k999 platform or by direct communication to the mobile number registered on the account. The updated T&C will take effect on the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the 5k999 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree with the revised T&C, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
